“...a huge shout-out to my coaches, Craig and Erica at Endurance Multisport who helped me learn how to have fun and to listen to my body, and whose encouragement and wisdom helped me realize that my body is capable of more than I expected despite its many limits!"
"...the best part of the day was seeing EnMu athletes dominate. As Chris said to Erica, 'You guys have the magic dust!' PRs and age group wins all over the place. Selene was unstoppable in the half IM: 4th OA woman and the 35-39 AG winner. Both relay teams topped the podium. At one point, the announcer said, 'Endurance Multisport is cleaning up!' Craig and Erica obviously are doing something right. I'll come out and say it: If you're looking for a coach, you should come check them out. They're worth every penny.”

“I'm already seeing pretty significant improvement in my swim technique—after only one session. My trainer Erica looked at my swim and suggested few small changes I can implement for the upcoming race. Actually, the small changes helped me understand how 'feeling the water' should really feel. ...I can honestly say that they make my swimming more enjoyable and I can feel that I do not spend as much energy swimming as I used to. It is still long way to go to get the new habits engrained, but I'm really excited about this progress."
"After review with my coach I revised the power on the bike down a bit to save some energy for the run. It was very wise suggestion as during Steelman I suffered on the run quite a bit and that was mostly because I attacked every single hill I had in sight. Erica thanks for fixing my swim stroke and Craig... thanks for recommending the lower power output; it helped me run through the whole course without being reduced to walk or shuffle."

"I wanted to write you a personal note and say thank you from the bottom of my heart. When I hired you, I had no idea what to expect. I figured I'd get a training plan and some tips. I never imagined the level of interest, care, personal attention, and sometimes outright hand holding I received. But you both were unflappable even when I was ranting online about whatever I was hating that week.
"Craig, I never, ever in a million years would have believed that I could be competitive at an Ironman distance. Ever. But you saw it right out of the gate and gave me lots of concrete evidence on why I should believe in myself. And I did. And all I ever need to succeed is the belief that I can...You also helped keep me healthy into those long distances whereas in the past I would start breaking down with IT band issues, etc. In short, you know your [stuff] and I can't thank you enough. You're a great coach and I wish you tremendous success.
"Erica, you're awesome. I may still have my struggles in the water here and there, but I finally feel like I know what the hell I'm doing and I actually know how to swim competitively. I wish I'd met you 10 years ago. Despite all my whining, I actually look forward to going to the pool now. You too have the unique gift of being able to breakdown complicated intangibles into concrete terms. Working with you has been a tremendous experience.
"I still can't believe the year I've had. I look over at my medal shelf and I've collected more hardware this year than many years combined. And it's all because of you guys. Thank you again and again."
